Angad completed teacher training at Kundalini Yoga East in 1999 and took advanced level training in New Mexico the following year. She is devoted to serving the lineage and legacy of the Teachings of Yogi Bhajan and is grateful to have had Yogi Bhajan touch her life. She continues to study at Kundalini Yoga East and 3HO events.
